Your mission

As part of our newly established Project Engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions for international projects.

Perform structural calculations and stability analyses for steel and aluminum supporting structures, with a focus on photovoltaic mounting systems.
Develop reinforcement and retrofit concepts based on engineering assessments and project requirements.
Support projects throughout the engineering lifecycle, from feasibility and design through execution and commissioning.
Prepare and review structural calculations, technical documentation, and engineering drawings in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
Work closely with colleagues from Structural Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and other technical disciplines to deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutions.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of engineering standards, design methodologies, and internal processes.
Stay current with industry developments, regulations, and engineering best practices to ensure technical excellence.

Your profile

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or comparable technical discipline.
Several years of experience in structural engineering, ideally with steel and aluminum structures.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis, Eurocodes, and relevant engineering standards.
Experience assessing existing structures and developing strengthening or retrofit solutions is an advantage.
Authorization to perform structural stability verification (or eligibility to obtain it) is considered a plus.
Proficiency with engineering software such as Dlubal RFEM, FRILO, and Microsoft Office.
Geotechnical software for pile embedment design and verification is a plus
A structured and analytical way of working with a strong focus on quality and technical accuracy.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary and international project environments.
Fluent German (minimum C1) and good English (minimum B1); additional language skills are an advantage.
Motivated to contribute to a growing engineering team and take ownership of challenging technical projects.
