It's crucial to consider where the load-bearing forces can be safely applied, whether that's to the cladding via direct fasteners or to the substructure itself. Self-supporting ROOFS
FASTEN TO THE CLADDING.
Self-supporting trapezoidal sheet metal or sandwich roofs don't always allow you to fasten your mounting system to the substructure. For these cases, we offer direct fasteners you can fix directly to the roof cladding instead.
They're quick and easy to install, and ideal for sheet metal that's 0.5 mm thick. Installation requires no pre-drilling or additional cladding—simply screw them in from above for permanent stability. The included EPDM rubber strips protect the cladding to ensure it remains completely waterproof, keeping your customers dry and happy.
ARBITRARY TRAPEZOIDAL CLADDING
FASTEN TO THE SUBSTRUCTURE.
Fastening to wooden or steel substructures with hanger bolts or self-tapping screws is sensible when your roof cladding lacks sufficient or reliable load-bearing capacity.
Our hanger bolts and self-tapping screws make module mounting safe and secure, no matter the cladding. We offer a huge range of specially designed options, as well as various compatible adapters to help you attach the rails for more tailored configurations.
