Your mission
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors (e.g., KPMG).
- Prepare financial reports and analyses to support management decision-making.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential financial documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (Local GAAP; IFRS is a plus).
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
- Excellent Excel skills and strong data analysis abilities.
- Previous hands-on experience with accounting operations.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Previous experience with fixed asset accounting
- Knowledge of treasury and cash flow is preferred
