Your mission

Manage all commercial aspects of international PV projects from contract signature through project completion
Monitor project budgets, forecast accuracy, cash flow, and overall financial performance
Prepare regular project reports and ensure transparent communication with Finance teams globally
Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and financial risks throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate change orders, variations, and claims in close coordination with the Claim Management team
Ensure full compliance with contractual terms, corporate guidelines, and applicable governance processes
Collaborate closely with Project Management, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to safeguard project profitability
Support internal audits, financial reviews, and project close-out activities
Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes, tools, and reporting standards

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, Business Law, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in claim management, ideally in renewable energy, large-scale construction, EPC contracting, or infrastructure projects
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in both English and German
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to perform under pressure
Hands-on mentality with confidence and motivation to build new processes in a rapidly growing organization
