Your mission
- You will be responsible for providing support via telephone or email and advice to our national and international customers
- Your task includes building up and intensifying customer loyalty and customer satisfaction
- You will plan and calculate solar systems on the basis of structural analysis and prepare corresponding customer quotations
- You will determine customer solutions, taking into account the specified discount rates and the company goals
- You will enjoy conducting online webinars for customers and specialist planners on our internal design software and installation systems
Your profile
- You have a successfully completed apprenticeship in the technical field and have a good technical understanding
- Ideally, you have successfully completed further qualification as a technician or master
- You have good knowledge in the use of MS Office, Windows and SAP
- You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages would be an advantage
- You are confident in the use of MS Office
- Initial experience with photovoltaic systems would be preferable
- Flexibility, reliability and team spirit completes you profile
