Your mission
- You actively contribute to the global energy transition from fossil fuels to renewable energies.
- You play a mission critical part in the commercial success of a fast-growing international manufacturer in the global solar photovoltaic market.
- You are responsible for the development of software tools used by internal and external users for the design&planning of utility scale solar farms and residential solar rooftop installations across the globe.
- You utilise innovative solutions with an emphasis on polished user interfaces, market-leading functionality and continual optimisation.
- In your operational role, you act as Product Owner and follow agile software development practices.
- You manage all aspects of the product lifecycles from design & implementation through to delivery and ongoing maintenance.
- You plan and manage corresponding sprints, taking into account efficient time and cost planning. You keep close track of individual priority levels through connected feedback loops.
- You design and manage system&software testing, product change management and product documentation processes in accordance with software development industry best practices.
- You are the go-to contact person for all software & development queries from R&D, other technical and sales&distribution departments.
- You continuously optimize the internal software development process
Your profile
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist, Team Lead or Product Owner or Related title.
- 2+ years of proven success leading customer-facing web products.
- Strong Knowledge of web applications and agile methods is a must.
- Experience in UI/UX and customer journey management is an advantage.
- You enjoy working in a team and promoting agile project methods.
- You are passionate about your work and proactively promote your product vision with energy and the right mix of structure vs. creativity.
- You have a good commercial understanding of how your work directly affects the economic success of your sales&distribution colleagues as well as their customers.
- You are an open-minded person with high level communication skills. You enjoy condensing complex topics into key messages in PowerPoint
- A solid command of English is required, German is a plus.
