Your mission
- You actively contribute to the global energy transition from fossil fuels to renewable energies
- As the "right hand" of the Chief Technology Officer, your task is to have a significant influence on the product development/further development of an extremely fast-growing company in the global solar market
- In the project work you have insight into all technical-strategic, international projects such as product developments or launches, software development & process implementations
- You are responsible for the continuous tracking and optimisation of the technical project roadmap and keep the departments and management up to date with regular feedback
- In the project lifecycle, you are an active process and communication interface to all our business units.
- As a technical PMO, you are the guarantor for high process efficiency and quality from planning to the completed project
- Implementation of status reports, reporting, plan adjustments as well as preparation and evaluation of project data for continuous optimisation and tracking of progress are part of your daily business
- You are responsible for organising project meetings, workshops and discussions
- Together with the entire PMO team, you are responsible for the continuous improvement of project management methods
Your profile
- You are a high potential with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of project management or strategy consulting
- You have a high technical affinity, excellent conceptual skills, quick comprehension, strong process thinking and a keen interest in technical, economic and strategic contexts and issues
- You are motivated to be part of the inner circle when it comes to critical, value-driving corporate decisions: You act independently with a focus on the essentials, are organised, structured and discreet
- You enjoy condensing complex topics into key messages in PowerPoint
- You feel comfortable explaining facts and options for action to the management, the advisory board and the shareholders in both German and English
- You look forward to a flexible workplace in Munich (satellite office), at the company headquarters in Kirchdorf in Upper Bavaria and in your home office; you find intercontinental travel exciting
